Jaime & Carter is a romance novel. When I often sit down with a bride to start discussing their wedding flowers - I often ask about their love story. Jaime's eyes lit up and danced when talking about Carter!
They said their "I Dos" at The Shores in Emmetsburg, Iowa. The arch was decorated by the lake while 300 of their friends and family looked on.
Their wedding colors were shades of purples such as dusty purple, muave and eggplant. Her theme was romantic.
I also ask "what are the top three things about your wedding that is most important to you (not necessarily flower related). This couple's response was 1. Christian ceremony 2. Fun reception 3. Organized ~ I knew with these answers we were going to be a great fit for their vision.
Flowers selected and used were White David Austin roses, dark purple moon carnations, dark purple alstromerias, bullet allium, white and cream stock, aspidistra, sprengi, and all shades of purple roses.
