My heart broke many times over 2020 with couple's deciding to scale back their weddings or postponement. When Nicole called...I won't forget what she said:
"I am in the medical field and I would never forgive myself if I was the cause of someone getting sick. We are going to have a small ceremony in Colorado and celebrate a year later."
I hung up the phone in disbelief of how strong and unselfish this couple was. The flowers were already going to be silk...and I had the perfect carnation for her.
When we did our virtual consultation...I had several bouquets ready for her to see. I then merged one into the other and BINGO that was it! Her one request...silk carnations. I kept looking and looking to find the highest quality silk - but couldn't find any that I liked. Then I came across it - a wood carnation that is as light as a feather and very delicate. It's detail to attention is simply amazing and I immediately knew it had to go into her bouquet.
Little did I know that when they called Tim Fuchs of TFC Photography...that his response was: where are we going and when?
Nicole and Mitch headed out to Colorado to quietly say their vows and "I dos". Tim not only caught the moment on film...but he also did his magic with video so their families could enjoy it also.
The good pictures are Tim's...the others are mine. You can certainly tell the difference.
Nicole and Mitch...let's do this again at the end of 2021!
