Mom's Tortilla Roll-Ups
1 cup Miracle Whip and 1 cup sour cream mixed with Heart 'n Home's seasonings of "Shallots, Scallions & Leeks". Mom used about 3/4 of a jar.
Cut up deli turkey meat to small pieces (your preference). 6 ounces of Colby shredded cheese. Mix the dip mixture with the cut up turkey meat and shredded chese and spread on tortillas. Roll each one up. Then roll plastic wrap around each separate tortilla roll. Mom got about 8 tortilla rolls out of this. She also recommends doing this the day before so the flavors can marinate. Cut before serving.
